"I’ve been with State Farm for roughly about 10 years I’ve never had any problems until I got with this agent. I transferred to this agent and I would never ever work with her agin. She messed up my payments didn’t bother to communicate till I contacted them and then it became a nightmare. She will not take any accountability for messing up.

The only reason you’re apologizing now is you got caught lying to my wife. Her insurance was not paid off. Not to mention you changed my deductible from $250 to a $1000 on my insurance thank god I went to another agent who took the time to look into what you did. You’re a liar. You’re lucky I’m still in the military ide say a lot more on here . Your apology is fake and I hope everybody reads this to see how pissed off I really am. I had to go to another State Farm agent who actually got this taken care. So thank you for showing your true side."

"Rude, cuts you off with nothing they can do. When in conversation seems not to respond professionally. Just recently got the house and Auto package and after a few months I’m told that my in-laws and my wife and I are living in the same household, that we need to be on the policy. Which increased my wife and I to pay 3 times what progressive is charging us . They can’t give me a reason at all. I’m 59 with no tickets or accidents in 30 years. This was a very disturbing and frustrating call. Now we need to cancel everything and go somewhere else place else."
